My D-Link DAP-1610 doesn't connect to router at 5GHz

Hello everyone,

I have this extender connected to the WiFI/LTE router Huawei B525s-23a. All works well but only on 2.4GHz channel.
D-link can't connect to the router on 5GHz though. I was changing settings on both devices but no sucesss. Both claim to be supporting 5G.
Other devices like laptops or smartphones connect to the router on 5GHz channel without any troubles.
Any suggestions ? Thank you in advane for help on this!
