Title: What firmware rev for use w/Safari
Post by: zbest on March 13, 2013, 06:31:27 AM
I am having trouble viewing video on my iPad without using the "myDlink+" app.   I get access to the camera using http://IP:port and can view/modify settings but the initial screen wants me to select either Active X or Java, neither of which works.

My firmware version is 1.00 (2010.08.02). I have read a lot on the forum about firmware revisions but do not know which might fix my problem or is it something else?

Thanks

You should update your DCS-930L firmware to the latest version.  Each new firmware version contains updates to the mydlink agent and can impact connectivity if not kept current.
