DCS-4802E All Network Ports are closed


I have a network issue with a DCS-4802E IP Camera (latest firmware installed). The camera is set with a fixed IP address. Just after booting the device, the web configuration interface is accessible from the LAN and through port forwarding but after a couple of minutes the access is "closed". I did a scan of the opened port with NMAP. All ports are closed (including 80). However, the camera continues to respond to the ping.

The only way to work around is a power OFF/ON cycle. Again and again, the ports are closing quickly.

I have the 4605-EV and your f/w should be similar.

You have to turn it on.
