Hello, i have D-LINK DIR-840 wireless router H/W ver. C1 F/W ver. 1.01ON. i want to update firmware but i cant find support for this product. Anyone help ?

* What region are you located?
Is this model router from an ISP or did you get it from a retail seller?

I don't see a support site nor FW updates for this model router for your region. This model isn't marketed here in the USA.

Are you experiencing problems with the router?

I checked on tsd.dlink.com.tw and there isn't any firmware listed there which makes me believe this was released for specific regions possibly for ISPs. There is no firmware in the global database.

If you need a manual or setup guide, go to http://tsd.dlink.com.tw and select the DIR-840 from the drop-down list. There may be support information in there.
