Purple/Green Image

Hello everyone!

I am having issues on a DCS-6010L HW V1 FW 1.15. The issue that I'm having is that the video image has a purple/green hue (see link below). I've tried doing factory resets, reinstall firmware and nothing seems to be working. Anyone come across this issue? Thanks for your help!

Is this a new purchase? Did the camera ever display a normal picture?

I had a similar issue with a new one of these cameras. Finally had to return it.  Had to many problems with this model, would not recommend it. Out of 4, I have 2 left working. But the picture quality has really deteriated. Do not put them anywhere near bright light, outdoors, windows, etc.
