Yet another Win7-64 not working

So essentially this device just doesn't work with Wn7x64 yet.  I see all sorts of postings and none with true answers.  I have a new box, new install of OS with no prior wireless adapters and no firewall or antivirus.

Fresh drivers off the web were installed.

Yet I'm getting the same as others.  Lock up on shutdown, SSIDs are shown at startup, connection works for a bit then it drops all.  No connection, no networks available.

Pretty lame Dlink.  First time I'm trying your products and I'm not impressed.  Hopefully they monitor this forum and will get to work on their drivers.  Time to see if Amazon feedback has this as a warning.  Probably missed it.
