I configured my router to be configured over WAN but I can't access remotly.
Also I configured Virtual Servers and Port Forwarding to access my FTP Server but didn't work.
When I'm connected to my internal LAN, the Port Forwarding and WAN Acces works well but over Internet i can't do anything....
It seems the router is blocking packages from Internet.
Can someone helps me?

- What Hardware version is your router? Look at sticker under the router case.
- Link>What Firmware (http://forums.dlink.com/index.php?topic=47512.0) version is currently loaded? Found on the routers web page under status.
- What region are you located?
- Are you wired or wireless connected to the router?
Internet Service Provider and Modem Configurations
- What ISP Service do you have? Cable or DSL?

Are you getting a public or a private IP address on the WAN side of the router? To tell, look at the routers web page, Status/Device Info/Wan Section, if there is a 192.168.0.# address in the WAN IP address field, this is a private IP address...You need a public IP address.
Be sure to have the remote access feature enabled under Tools/Admin. No Port Forwarding or FTP will be needed.

At this moment my Wan IP is 191.205.117.50
And all remote configurations are enable. But still can't access over internet.

Depending if you enabled Secure services or not, if your at a remote location, all you need to do is to type in the url address to the WAN IP address and the port number that is listed in the Remote access feature:
http://191.205.117.50:#### port number after (:)
If you enabled Secure Server then do the following:
https://191.205.117.50:#### port number after (:) Port number will change if you enabled secure server.
Port number will be listed in the remote management web page.
Not sure if that WAN IP address is a private or public IP address, maybe private. If so, this still wont work until you get a public IP address on the 850L routers WAN side...##.##.###.###

Tried everything that I could but still not working... I can ping my WAN IP but I just can connect inside the LAN.
So...
I'll try update and restore to factory settings...

Please follow the FW update process.
I would recommend checking with your ISP services to see if your WAN IP address is a private or public address. If it's public then it should work...
Let us know how it turns out.
