I bought 2 devices in USA some time ago but when I tried to use Netflix in Brazil it says "wrong region". Is there a way to unblock it?

Netflix is specific for the NA region. Brazil would have differences or would not be supported. You might try searching for some VPN setup to see.

The device maybe region specific and not supported in your region.
I recommend that you phone contact your regional D-Link support office and ask for help and information regarding this. We find that phone contact has better immediate results over using email.
