how to schedule internet blocking

Hi,I am behind cable connection and dir 855,i need to block one of my networked computers (wi-fi)for certain # of hours on certain days.All my computers run windows  7.please let me know what i need to do.thanks

Setup DHCP reserved IP addresses for all devices on the router. Setup/Networking
Ensure devices are set to auto obtain an IP address.

Then set up the Schedule under Tools for the days and times you need.

Then set up Access Control policy under Advanced to apply to the PC and the schedule you set up.
