Title: SharePort Mobile and mydlink SharePort App Login-Data

Hy,
I have a strange Issue with the dlink SharePort app on IOS 10.1.1.
The problem appears on both dlink apps

SharePort Mobile 1.10.0.26 and mydlink SharePort 1.11.0.26

In SharePort Mobile App if I insert my login and remote access data it tryes to connect
and I get Error Message 5003 - auth. failed. Now if I go back in settings to change my login data they
are gone. If I put everything back in, change the system language, I am at least able to connect once but if
I close the app and open it up again all my login data are gone again. This happens on both above mentioned apps
...tested on IPhone and Ipad with actual IOS version.

The problem seems to be that the error is that the apps don't remember any login data.
Is there any workaround to get the app to remember login data?

This maybe something with the apps and newer iOS versions. This is something that needs to be reviewed by D-Link support. I recommend that you phone contact your regional D-Link support office and ask for help and information regarding this. We find that phone contact has better immediate results over using email.
