Title: Video image scrambled
Post by: rookie7 on March 07, 2012, 08:38:31 PM
Recently, out of the blues, the video feeds on both of my DCS-930L cams are all scrambled.  Please see link below.

I've tried reset to default, update firmware, using wired, used on Windows7, used on Windows XP, used on Firefox, used on IE...nothing seems to resolve the issue.  Have anyone seen this before?  Any suggestions?

In fact, my other two DCS-920 scrambled just like the 930L.  What's going on?

What are you using to view the video feed? (e.g. web UI, direct stream through browser, mydlink, D-ViewCam, etc.)  ???

I have a similar problem using mylink on my laptop and desktop.  Works great on IPhone and IPad.  Picture on both cameras are scrambled.  Help!

Same here, localy connect by IP gives the same live 'scrambled' video image. I started my older PC, it works great. So it must be Windows/java update or something who alters the image.

I'm using IE and firefox to view GUI config page.  I also use a software called WebcamXP to stream the videos.  All three (IE, firefox, and WebcamXP) show scrambled videos.  iPhone app works fine though.  Must be windows update (for both XP and 7) that's missing up the Java.

I have the same issue. I run 4 DSC-920 Cameras and all of a sudden the video is scrambled. I have tried Mozilla, Chrome, IE and Safari and same issue.

The camera (still picture function) works still.

Try this:

Open NOD32, and press F5

This should bring up the Advanced setup menu.

Expand the Web and email tree, then click on Protocol filtering

Uncheck Enable application protocol content filtering

Click OK
