Router has been reset

I pressed the reset button on the back of the router and now the network reads EASYHOME-PC_Ne... i can't connect to it on any mobile device, i can't access the account on the Router's site. Anyone have any solutions?

Don't think your seeing the right network. Try it again but maybe hold it longer? And how are you trying to connect? Where are you seeing that SSID?

Router that is reseted should list out the network as 'dlink.'  It seems you have connected somewhere else.
