Dns-320L and dlna

I recently bought a dns-320L. I connected it to my router and did all settings needed.
I've got two problems:
First, I can't ping the 320 from wifi and I'm not able to share the volume.
Second, when I tried to configure upnp for dlna I found that in the web interface I haven't the upnp av server optional in application management section. I update the firmware but that menu item doesn't appear.
