I am using WIN 8.1 and IE11. I tried to enter 192.168.0.1 in the address line of IE 11 and all it does is search for all occurrences of "192.168.0.1".
How do I get to my DIR628 router? I was able to do this in WIN7.

Try Opera or FF? If IE 8, 9, 10 or 11, set compatibility mode and test again.

Where do I find Compatibility Mode settings?
I can view the main page of my router by entering:
HTTP://192.168.0.1 but I cannot make any changes or view all tabs.

Look for the Tools toolbar or right side tools icon on IE. Look for something that says compatibility mode. Refer to MS support site for help and information on IE options.
