I bought 4 DNS-343's over the last 6 months. My first one had an annoying screen line down the middle but it wasn't worth complaining about. Now it completely went blank. The NAS still is operational (Thank God) but I need the screen for temperature monitoring. How do I get it replaced? PLEASE don't make me ship the whole unit back!  ;D

FYI: Firmware 1.03 - Had temp problem like everyone else but since locating the NAS's near a portable A/C unit they have never locked up since.
