Cannot play back from sd card

Hello everyone. I have 2 2330 cameras. I got the email working to send me snapshots when there is motion, and it works fine. In the dlink lite app and dlink plus app, there is now a place to click to play video files that are saved on the sd card. I cannot get it to work. All it does is go around in a circle. It also is only available when I'm in local mode. Has anyone been able to access their sd cards from their smartphones/iPads? Also I finally got the dviewcam app to work sort of. Again I have to be in the house, but cannot access anything saved. Can anyone assist? Thanks
