DGS-3426P - Factory Reset, lost username/password (3400 Series)

Hi

I hope someone can help, I'm trying to factory reset a DGS-3426P as I no longer can recall the username/password.  I have console access and have been trying to follow the password reset guide, where I hit SHIFT+6 at the right time. However that does not work for me, I just cannot get into the Rest Configuration mode ??

I recommend that you phone contact your regional D-Link support office and inquire about the Factory reset process.
