I just purchased a DSC-942L, H/W: B1, F/W: 2.00.
It installs and works as is via ethernet or wireless. When prompted to update the firmware, I did so. It will not connect to the wireless router with firmware 2.10.07 (but continues to work via ethernet).
I downloaded another copy to see that it wasn't corrupt and there is no change. If I roll back to version 2.00 it works just fine.
Any suggestions on how to get up and running with 2.10?
I've done the hard reset, manual setup via ethernet, setup via WPS, and setup via "wizard." All work with 2.00, all fail with 2.10.
DSC-932L works just fine as well.
Thanks!

- What region are you located?
What Mfr and model is the main host router?
What wireless modes are you using?
Instead of using WPS to connect the camera, can you get the camera to connect to the main host routers wireless SSID name and PW?
Try temporarily disabling WPA on the main host router and see if the camera will connect with v2.10 FW. Re-enable WPA. Try setting WPA2 only and TPIK only, then try WPA2 and AES only and test. - Disable WPS (https://www.dslreports.com/shownews/Networking-101-What-is-WPS-and-Why-You-Should-Not-Use-It-137081) on the main host router.
