So, I configured by application, upload 16mb, download 155mb. my internet is 150mb download by 15mb upload.

In speed tests with active QOS I can not exceed 50mb in the notebook.

on android is only 4mb

Is this right?

Im from brazil, portuguese GUI.

Test the speed via LAN wire cable with a PC first.
Test with QoS disabled for any speed testing as QoS can and will effect some over head for itself.

Friend, I tried to shut down QOS but the GUI was not accepting to disconnect, then I took the router out of the socket and soon after I turned off the QOS when it came back. It seems to me a bug, here the QOS only accepts to be configured soon after the equipment initialization, then it does not accept any more commands.

Im from Brazil and i use portuguese language on GUI.

Ok, I just turned mine off using Opera browser. It gave me the 15 second please wait window.

Possible that the QOS bug has returned for Windows users. I'll recommend you go back to v1.11 B02 or B04. I'll have D-Link take a look at this.

I'm getting 210 and 10 on my iphone 6sP and 130s and 10 with my older mac book pro with Smart Connect enabled on the 890L with my 200/10 ISP service.

Now it chipped everything, it is not accepting firmware back.

After uploading firmware -> Firmware Upgrade failed!

I try b04, b02, and 1.10, nothing

Possible that we can't go back.

Can you get to the recovery mode using IE11 or FF? Don't use Chrome for this...

Friend,

I disabled QOS and the smart connection, the router is now usable. I will keep the firmware but I tell you, with active QOS and active SC does not stay 100%.

The smart connection in b02 firmware is more stable.

I recommend that you contact your regional D-Link support office and let them know about this. I'll see if USA can test this as well. I presume they have already.

I just tested this and I'm not able to see what you've been experiencing. My update process started from 1.10 and then 1.11 and 1.20. It sounds like the router is not responding properly to the web interface's action functions. Try clicking through the rest of the GUI see if you are any missing  icons, labels, etc.

Change the LAN IP of the router to 192.168.100.1/24  instead of 192.168.0.1, this will rule out any computer cache related issue.

From the DIR-890L Support site http://support.dlink.com/ProductInfo.aspx?m=DIR-890L%2fR

The FW updates go from v.1.10.B07 08/23/16 then the next is v.20B01 10/06/17.   There is Security Advisement (1.11B02 BETA01)   07/18/17 but I didn't see a 1.11B04.

When I used the bootloader to come back to out of the box software from DD-WRT - Used 1.10.B07 (Full Release) - Router rebooted and when I logged in it said FW update and took me to the manage update page where all I had to do was hit upgrade.  Router rebooted, same thing, new update, ran the update, rebooted and had another one or two updates and came to a stop with this Firmware Version: 1.20, Wed 27 Sep 2017  Current Firmware Date: 2017-09-27 15:40:00.

never saw the v1.11B04 and not sure if the 1.11B02 BETA01 installed as it looked like an afterthought for FW updates. Do I need to go back and flash the v1.11B04 - reset router - flash to v1.20b01 and then do a factory reset and configure from scratch?

The transition file is included the v1.20 zip file if you had gone that route.

If the router updated to 1.20 correctly and is working. You'll be fine.
