I did the firmware update to v2.02.05
« on: September 04, 2015, 06:35:25 PM »

I did the firmware update to v2.02.05 while the camera and my laptop was hardwired to my router, and it still made my camera not usable/accessible. Solid red light on the camera. Reset button on the unit does not even work. Now I have a useless DCS02132LrevB :(

I recommend that you phone contact your regional D-Link support office and ask for help and information regarding this. We find that phone contact has better immediate results over using email.
Let us know how it goes please.
