Hi,
I'm lately having some issues with this product, sometimes I start loosing packets (i constantly ping google while i'm on my desktop) and i thought it was an internet provider problem.
Lately i started pinging my rotuer aswell and i realised that It is the one which does not answer, or rarely answers with over 1sec delay during those packet drop periods.
Firmware Version: 2.24
I'd really love to upgrade my Firmware to an OFFICIAL d-link newer version, hoping that will help.
Could anybody help me with that and/or knows a possible fix to this problem?

- What region are you located?
Does this modem belong to the ISP or is it a retail version that you bought?

However, not sure if it applies to Rev C2. This is for C1. I presume it may be applicable.
I recommend that you phone contact your regional D-Link support office and ask for help and information regarding this. We find that phone contact has better immediate results over using email.

That's actually the problem, why are there only "@1" versions but not "@2" on the official website?
How can i understand if I can apply the C1 version to the C2?;)
I'll probably call them tomorrow btw!
