Hello everyone,
    This is my first post, I hope you are all well.

I purchased my 320l a few months back to give me storage space for an ever expanding movie, photo and music collection and I feel I need to consult the community on a few matters.

Firstly, on some larger 1080p movies, I get stuttering and complete stop of the file after maybe 30 minutes of playback. I messed around trying to install funplug during my first week and messed up slightly I think so Im wanting to do a full rest using the reset button on the back of the unit. Do you think this could aid my playback issues?
Also, If I do this will my drives need formatting again?
