2.4G and 5G wirless signal disappeared

Hello,

Sorry if the topic is not in its correct place, i have DIR 850L and i used it as an access point. It worked for a while but after i connected my pc via cable the two wireless signals for 2.4G and 5G disappeared.

Can anyone help me and thanks \


P.S : I tried to rest it and set it up again and it didnt work

* Link>What Firmware version is currently loaded? Found on the routers web page under status.
* What region are you located?
Is this PC a laptop or desktop?
Do other devices not see the wireless SSID name?
After doing a factory reset, do you not see the default SSID name, maybe d-link and d-link5G something. With any wireless device?

My hardware version is B1
My Firmware version is ET-1.07
In the middle east UAE

im using my laptop .. and after i did the factory rest i didn't see any SSID name related to the router in any device in the house

Did you disconnect the LAN cable from the laptop and try again with it's wireless adapter? Sometimes you have to disconnect the LAN cable from the laptop as it may disable the laptops wireless network when connected. Do any other wireless devices see the SSID name?

I tried that also, the problem still as it is
