User modifications NOT WORKING - DNS340L

Hi,

I am not having any luck in modifying user passwords (accessing the DNS-340L via the web browser as admin), once I choose "MANAGEMENT" > "ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT" > select user > Modify

The "modification" just hangs, tried remote "restart" and physical ON/OFF and still no luck? Any suggestions?

ok, the only way I can get around this problem is to DELETE the user and CREATE a new user, same specifications. Now at least I got the new user password for this user in place.

* What Hardware version is your DNS? Look at the sticker behind or under the device.
* Link>What Firmware version is currently loaded? Found on the DNSs web page under status.
* What region are you located?
PC Web Browser Configurations
What browser are you using?
Try Opera or FF? If IE 8, 9, 10 or 11, set compatibility mode and test again.
Disable any security browser Add-ons like No Script and Ad-Block or configure them to allow All Pages when connected to the router.
Clear all browser caches.

H/W: A1 F/W ver 1.01 - upgraded to 1.02 (20/7/2015). Location is CEE. If this is an issue, let me know.
