Link>Welcome!

  • What Hardware version is your router? Look at sticker under the router case.
  • Link>What Firmware version is currently loaded? Found on the routers web page under status.
  • What region are you located?

What is the size of the USB drive?
Does it have it's own power supply?

Whats the Mfr and model of this USB drive?
Is the USB drive USB 3.0 compliant?

You don't know where you live at? US or Saudia Arabia?

Does a smaller size USB 3.0 drive work?

I would try a power supply with the larger size USB drive. Some drives need extra power to work right with USB 3.0 and routers. May not be compatible with USB 3.0 if your drive is 2.0.
