Hi this is my first time on this forum. I hope I didn't violate any rules by posting this but I'm desperate for help!
I recently bought a DSL-2877AL and a DWR-910 4G modem so that I can connect the DWR-910 to DSL-2877AL as a 4G dongle (for when my ADSL2+ connection is down).
I tried doing this but the DSL modem doesn't connect to the 4G dongle. I checked both modems and they don't have any problems connecting to Internet (DSL modem through an ADSL2+ connection and 4G modem through the LTE connection) and both work fine.
I searched everywhere and the only thing I got was from D-link Indonesia site that said "There is no need to change anything in DSL modem, you just have to activate the 4G/3G connection. and then you can check connection status from Status->Interface->3G/4G" but there is no connection. I also don't understand what is the TELEPHONE section in ISP settings.
This is the D-link Indonesia guide: http://www.dlink.co.id/how-do-i-configure-usb-modem-dongle-connection-to-my-dsl-2877al-router
My DSL-2877AL Firmware Version : 1.01.12ME Build Timestamp : 07212016
My DWR-910 Firmware Version : 1.0.0WWb02

I recommend that you phone contact your regional D-Link support office and ask for help and information regarding this. We find that phone contact has better immediate results over using email.
Let us know how it goes please.

I live in Iran and It's new year in my country and most offices are closed for about 2 weeks. So I don't think I can get help from them any time soon. I'll check here regularly for any other replies and if I myself could fix it, I definitely will post it here.

Might see if you can submit a ticket at the India site and see if they can help any.
