Title: is it unreasonable to expect reply from support within a month
Post by: nikklite on June 04, 2013, 04:55:50 PM
Am I doing something wrong? My live feed is fine but no MIC (for 2-way audio), no HD or record icons on app and website & no Playback on App. Several request to Support with NO Reply to my concerns in over 3 weeks.
why is Mydlink Lite app not same as illustrated/advertised for the DCS-2132L.
How do I get actual date & time on Live feed?
How do I get MIC for 2-way audio on Mydlink Lite app & site?
How do I get clear audio?
How do I get to the illustrated pages of app on Mydlink Lite?
Too late to get refund from merchant, PLEASE HELP  >:(

I actually have an update from D-Link on this issue. Unfortunately, at present the mydlink services only support full two-way audio on the DCS-942L. All other cameras supporting two-way audio must be setup using virtual server (opening ports) configurations, not through the mydlink services. On the bright side, D-Link is actively working on providing two-way audio support through the mydlink portal, but I don't have an ETA.

Thanks for the info. Any idea on how to setup using virtual server (opening ports) configurations?

Hi good morning.
It happens just as you Nikklite, I feel totamente indignantly
and regret buying this camera, buy it exclusively two-way audio with built-in speaker.
I have spoken several times with D ¨ Link service, and they say after 15 days that everything is correct, and that the microphone function is only available by directly accessing the IP of the camera, but it serves well if you can only use of your home network?.
Regarding the update Dlink Lite, I have no conocimieto respond if the next update will have the function of micro for this camera, and the shift lock image resolution know nothing.

and

2132L is far from a wonderful product.  It is annoying and unreliable, even when situated close to the wireless router.  I'm returning four of them back to the retail store, but keeping the 932L models for now.

I have no issues with wireless with my 2132L or 2230.

Lucky you.   Many returns of the 2123L back to retailers.   Something is wrong.
