DWA-182 AC1200 keeps disconnecting, networks disappearing and 5GHz very slow

I've had this adapter for a few months and it was working very well, but today it started to act up. Sometimes it wouldn't show some networks, and it also keeps disconnecting, especially when it's being utilized(like running a speed test). 5Ghz networks are also very slow, as it used to be downloading at 120mbps but now it's downloading at 0.11mbps, but the upload speed is still the same. I've tried turning off the power options to stop the disconnecting, and reinstalled the drivers, but problems still persist.
