Title: DIR-842 infinite login

Hi there,

I have this issue with a brand new router.
When I want to enter admin web-interface, I log in with my personally changed password, then I see home page of the router interface just for a second or fewer, and finally I get dropped back to login page.

Sometimes I enter and work with the router settings succesfully (but it happens in 1% times).

Firmware is 3.0.0 R1.

What browser are you using? Try IE11, Firefox or Opera.
Be sure to clear all browser caches before entering into the routers web page.

You might update FW as well:

No violation. Can post here anytime. Any official support beyond the forums will need to be handled by your regional support office.

I would check out your regional D-Link support site to see if there is a similar FW update as the one I linked. IF so, I would update FW and see if this helps.

Updating to Firmware is 3.0.1 R1 solves this issue  ;)
