Admin webpage constantly errors out
« on: October 21, 2013, 09:59:34 AM »

It takes 10-15 mins for intial sign-in page to load (192.168.0.1). Once I enter password and click enter, after 10 mins or so of loading, I always get :

500 Internal Error

System busy, please try again.
mini_httpd/1.19 19dec2003

I have no way of accessing any configuration or setup of the router. I have tried Windows and Linux OS, IE, Chrome and FF browsers. Same errors on all. I have power-cycled it numerous times, has no impact.

Any ideas?

Link>Welcome!

  • What Hardware version is your router? Look at sticker under router.
  • Link>What Firmware version is currently loaded? Found on the routers web page under status.
  • What region are you located?

Internet Service Provider and Modem Configurations
  • What ISP Service do you have? Cable or DSL?
  • What ISP Modem Mfr. and model # do you have?

3rd Party Security Software Configurations
  • Turn off all anti virus and firewall programs on PC while testing. 3rd party firewalls are not generally needed when using routers as they are effective on blocking malicious inbound traffic.
  • Turn off all devices accept for one wired PC while testing.
