COVR 2202-Client not showed
« on: January 01, 2020, 12:27:53 PM »

Hi all,
I was upgrading from COVR 1203 to COVR 2202 so I was quite sure of all apps.
After installing COVR 2202 FW 1.02 i got firmware availability (1.04). In few seconds I noticed client table populating of almost 29 client (echo, cameras, etc).
After the upgrade and beginning network set up I got some issues:

1) in ios app I can see 3 covr point (i was using a covr12XX as third satelite) while in browser cannot see any covr point
3) in ios app and browser I cannot see any client connected(
All clients in DHCP but 3 static (printer and 1 smart switch)
I made several changes and reinstall but nothing has changed. I also tried a Bridge mode but i want to use covr QOS and settings (in Bridge mode, of course, I can see all the clients in ISP's modem/router).
Everything is working but nothing can be at least monitored. Download and uplod in line with ISP subscription.
PPoE set (tried also Static IP). Uninstall and install of app and used 3 different browsers....
I'm quite disappointed mainly cause the same day I was installing in my fater's house, a netgear ORBI RBK23 and it was flawless  :'(
Any hint?

Link>Welcome!

  • What region are you located?
  • Are you wired or wireless connected to the router?
  • Was a Factory Reset performed before and after any firmware updates then set up from scratch?

1. COVR1203 isn't supported on 2202 systems.
2. What browser are you using? Last time I had my 2202 online I was getting connected devices listed. Thought I didn't check with the mobile app.
3. What iOS version is loaded on your Apple devices?

Internet Service Provider and Modem Configurations
  • What ISP Service do you have? Cable or DSL?
  • What ISP Modem Mfr. and model # do you have?

I stand correct about the 1203 Points: "2. Support COVR series product reunion.(COVR-C1210, COVR-2200, COVR-P2502 with specific F/W version.)"

What happens if you downgrade the 2202 back to v1.02?

I've reported a few other issues with v1.04 on the 2202:
