Title: Problem with cloud videos (DSC-8600LH)

Hi.
Almost on every motion detection I get this error message i MyDlink App: 

No clip Found. Your internet bandwidth is insufficient or the connection is unstable. Please check your network.
 
The camera is a DSC-8600LH. Whats the problem? The WIFI signal is excelent.

I recommend that you phone contact your regional D-Link support office and ask for help and information regarding this.

We find that phone contact has better immediate results over using email.
