Image cut
« on: September 25, 2013, 08:07:22 AM »

Mmmmm, maybe this cameras are not so good... another problem, the frame cropping.

If I use in Profile 1 the full resolution (1920x1080) the frame is in "wide angle", I can see right to left of my room in Profile 2 where I have, for example 800x450.

But if in Profile 1 I set 800x450 the images is cut on the left and right, I have very less room in the frame.

I don't want Profile 1 in full-resolution but If I change it I have no more "wide angle".

Please help.

Thanks.

New info: saving configuration in full resolution and 800x450 and showing diff I can notice:

sensor_crop_enable=1
sensor_crop_resolution=1280x1024
sensor_crop_startx=100
sensor_crop_starty=0

in full resolution I have

sensor_crop_enable=0 <<<<<< ZERO here!
sensor_crop_resolution=1280x1024
sensor_crop_startx=100
sensor_crop_starty=0

Show a screen shot of your settings from audio and video.

It sounds like your frame size is bigger than your window area.

Mmmm, all settings are ok.

If I remove the 1280x1024 profile (video profile 3), the image is cropped.
The other profiles have a View window area equal to Frame size...

Ummm, no idea. I'm still on 1.10 and no plans to go to 1.20.

Does it crop when you log into the firmware and can you digital pan in there for the "missing areas"???
