question about bittorrent client's "More details" page

What are the two #'s in the peers and seeds line item?
For example:
peer: 8(11)

Is 8 the number of peers currently, and 11 the number in the last 24 hrs?

i am going to think he meant to say bittorrent client ... as for the numbers, i am not 100% sure as to what they mean but i think the first one is the amount of peers you are getting info from right then

Don't feel too bad - when D-Link started talking about putting a BT client on this thing, I was like  ??? what the heck is a bluetooth client  ??? - I eventually got accustomed to it, but since I don't use torrents and I do use bluetooth, it'll always mean bluetooth to me.

By the way - it seems the new "buzz word" for bluetooth is WPAN - Wireless Personal Area Network

i assume the client in the DNS-323 operates the same as uTorrent-in which case...

Seeds displays the number of seeds you are connected to, and the number of seeds in the swarm in the parentheses. The number in the swarm is collected from the tracker and other methods of exchanging peers, such as DHT or Peer Exchange.
