I am at version 1.14ww (latest for my hardware). And im not able to get this done. I have followed all steps in this thread, as well as from other threads.
Help appreciated.

You might try using Virtual Server as your configuration to see if it might help.

I recommend that you phone contact your regional D-Link support office and ask for help and information regarding this as it seems the user is this thread got a FW update for his Rev B which seems to have helped. We find that phone contact has better immediate results over using email.
