Not show HD version for DCS-5029L
« on: April 25, 2015, 09:35:48 PM »

Greetings,
I am using mydlink Lite app for Android with my DCS-5029L.  All is working well except that the HD resolution is not showing, only 240p and 480p.  Is there a way to set it up in the configuration?

Thanks

Not sure if the app supports any other resolution modes. Does the camera support HD modes? HD modes would need to be supported on the camera. I only get 480p with my 933L.  ::)

I recommend that you phone contact your regional D-Link support office and ask for help and information regarding this. We find that phone contact has better immediate results over using email.
Let us know how it goes please.

Probably not.  The FPS would probably crater to something unusable.

What are each mode pulling?

Use another free app. IP cam viewer basic should give you a better image.
