FTP Upload frequency

I have a new DCS932LB. I have everything setup and it works fine. I want to upload a picture every 3 hours (10800 seconds) by ftp to my server, however the camera will upload a picture every 30 minutes (1800 sec). It appears that it does not accept delays beyond 30 minutes. I have an A version of the camera and I haven't experienced such problems at all. It will work with any upload frequency selected, also 3 hours.

I have downloaded and installed the latest firmware (2.12.01 (2015-10-01)). There was no change in behaviour.

I have no motion or sound detection activated!
