Disc size partition size
« on: March 29, 2021, 06:53:41 AM »

Maybe this is a dumb question, but here goes.  I have a DNS-343 4 bays filled, NOT raid,  just BYOD.  it contains 2 1TB drives and 2 2TB drives.

I've read that it has a 2TB limit.  But my crazy mind ask me if this is a physical hardware limit or a logical partition limit.

Therefore, can I install larger drives and partition them to the 2TB max?

OK, I warned you all first...

I believe the 343 is 2TB drive size max.

I don't see anything larger listed here.
