Just purchased a DSP-W110 smart plug. Got it installed with no problems. However on the app, it says "New Firmware Available". I tried the described procedure to update, but it just comes back saying "Sorry - Please try again".
Any suggestion on how to get this update to work?

How are you trying to update the FW? Mobile app?
How is the DSP connected?
Make and model# of Main host router?

Try to move the smartplug closer to the router.
Make sure there is no obstructions in between that may cause a signal drop.
