How to get 'add torrent from url' working

Well I always thought right-click on the torrent file in the site, paste it in the box and add. It did say torrent added successfully or something like that but nothing else happened.

I am able to download torrents just fine if I add them from file. Any inputs guys? Am I doing it wrong or is it just broken for everyone?  ???
