I don't want an audible alarm on my Water Sensor. Can I disable it or turn it down?
Thanks for any help.

I don't see any way to alter the audible sound on this device. Reason maybe that if someone were to silence the sound and water was detected, the alert may fail to be heard by someone thus not being able to act on the situation as soon as possible. I'd want to know if there was an alarm and detected event so I could take action as soon as possible.

Thanks for the reply. I'll tape over the audio hole.

You can do that as well. However just be careful. If something happens, it lead to bad results. ::)
Cellophane tape would be a good start. Lower the volume I guess some. I would not entirely block the volume though.

That's all I would need -- lower volume. If I'm away from home and the alarm goes off, I'll see the notification and have a friend check it out. But meanwhile, my neighbors, with whom I share a wall, would be driven crazy by the alarm, especially if it's in the middle of the night.

Well, hopefully nothing happens to set off the sensor. ::)
