An update:They replied back 2 weeks later with this:- Is the camera firmware already updated?- What is the web browser you're using to access the User Interface of the camera?- Did you try to reset the camera to factory settings?Don't see the point in asking but I replied to them anyways...It's no wonder development is so slow with them
I'd phone contact them.
