Using the DVG-2001s VoIP with the DGL-4500 Router
« on: August 06, 2008, 10:05:51 AM »

What type of config will I need to do with my router to allow the DVG-2001s to operate correctly? I have a DGL-4500 router running the 1.11 FW Beta.

I have just purchase a DVG-2001s and will receive it in a few days to replace a different VoIP adapter I am currently using and has not been working correctly..

Thank you in advance for your time..

I do not think you will need to do anything to make the unit work with the DGL-4500 as long as the DVG-2001S is assigned an IP address in the same subnet as the LAN IP of the DGl-4500. That should include a correct subnet mask and gateway as well.
