need help on securing router and router site

Hello, im having issues with my router. i cant access my router ip site and i do have my right ip also when im resetting my router it dosent set the security key automatically like it used to.

By security do you mean the CAPTCHA? Or do you mean WPS?

Are for the router's IP, it can be set to anything you choose. With your computer hardwired to it:

Start > Run > CMD > Ipconfig > Look for the default gateway.

The default gateway is your routers IP. Try pinging it from CMD. If you can ping it, and you cant go to it, its probably some toolbar or something you have in the browser. Try typing in the IP right in the run command with http:// before it. If you cant ping it..but can see it..got me.
