dgl 4500 vs xbox live

hello,  i have a dgl 4500 i would like to find the correct setting for xbox live.   from searching this site i have applied these setting.  (below)  but  i  still get lag,  when i check the logs i have alot of (Blocked incoming UDP packet) and (Blocked incoming TCP connection request).  xbox 360 wired to router. firmware 1.15
changes i have made...

1.  Add Gaming Rule for xbox live.
2. Enable GameFuel  all 4 setting r checked on.
3. Firewall Settings disable spi.
4. NAT Endpoint Filtering  UDP and TCP both change to Endpoint Independent.
5. Anti-Spoof checking is checked enable.
6. Add DHCP Reservation for xbox 360.

any help??? 


-also under UPnP all 3 r checked on.
-wam ping off.

You need to uncheck "Dynamic Fragmentation" on the gamefuel page in order to connect to xbox live.

Also, I would un-check the spoof checking.
