PIR flashing blue
« on: May 14, 2014, 08:52:40 PM »

What does that mean?

I moved a 2230 and it started flashing.

I couldn't connect. So I power cycled and I can connect.

Never seen the PIR flag blue

It might have been another blue led that was bleeding thru the PIR.

I guess no one else has seen this.

It did still record to SD card. Maybe I lost wireless connection some how.

I can't speak for the DCS-2230, but the only blue LEDs that I'm aware of on the Cloud network cameras are for establishing WPS and performing a factory reset.

That makes sense. I was removing rubber bands from its mounting location and had my fingers all over it. I probably hit the button by mistake!  :)

On the Cloud camera line, the blue LED is pretty bright and definitely does find other exit points in the camera casing.
