D-view cam 3 - Remote live viewer
« on: May 25, 2010, 08:26:45 PM »

Hi, I'm having issues when trying to connect outside my lan to the remote server.

some background:
- I have ADSL MOdem + Wireless ROuter then Camara.
- I enable DDNS for both modem and wireless
- I have forwarded ports 80, 5150 to the Remote server and port 83 for the camera

I already test locally the remote viewer and it is working but once I try it outside my lan with my DDNS it does show the web remote client interface but if i select the remote viewer or remote playback then it asked for user/pass then i get the error LIve steam server cannot be connected.

I'm new in this.. Please help me! thanks in advance.

Same issue here. Running the server on win 7 64 bits and accessing from both win 7 x32 and win xp x32.

System functions correctly through LAN, but WAN gives the same error.
I doubled checked the port fordwarding, firewalls, etc. The most weird thing is that is worked once, then stopped working forever but nothing changed in the middle.

Any idea? Thanks.
