Thank you for your note.  I have this thread recorded in my DNS-323 notes.  While I hope you are correct about FW 1.10, I honestly think it will be 1.11 or 1.12 before the unit plays well with OS X.

I use the DNS-323 perfectly well with either Linux and OS X (not with the buggy nfs of course). Setting up nfs on the box has absolutely nothing to do with OS X and is very easy. Only thing is that it is really buggy. But that has nothing to do with OS X either.;)
 
I am getting the idea that your problem is more on the OS X side ("how to mount nfs exports on my Mac?"). But that is not D-Link's fault.;)
