Dropping all wifi channels simultaneously
« on: April 17, 2021, 10:17:10 AM »

I've been suffering with what I thought was a vdsl problem for months, but I think is the router. 10 to 15 times a day I get all channels (2.4,5 and 5-2) dropping their connections simultaneously.

The router is alone in an upstairs room with only one other router showing up nearby on a WiFi scanner.

  • What Hardware version is your router? Look at sticker under the router case.
  • Link>What Firmware version is currently loaded? Found on the routers web page under status.
  • Was a Factory Reset performed before and after any firmware updates then set up from scratch?

  • Was the router working before any firmware updates?
