Title: Peculiar login problem
Post by: gb.123 on November 13, 2020, 10:46:25 AM
Hello,

I am facing a peculiar problem with my router:
When I try to log on to 192.168.0.1 using my web browser, it says password is invalid.
If I use the same password using : http://dlinkrouter.local/, it works ?

Am i missing something ?

I did try to restart and reset the router but the problem still persists.

Thanks

Nope. Seems to happen only in Brave

Yes I did, but doesn't seem to solve the problem. Its not a big deal though since it is working in other browsers except Brave.

Brave is a browser?

I guess you'll need to use a browser that works for you. I'd contact the mfr on the browser thats not working to see if they can help. D-Link mainly supports IE, Edge, Firefox and Chrome Browsers.

Yup. Used to be the best, but now the performance has subsided.
